I have loved this gum for years but the last order I got was in a different package and it tastes horrible! I notice they went from using cinnamon oil to natural flavors and changed up the oils a bit. Perhaps the natural flavors are just cheap chemicals because that's what it tastes like now. I couldn't even chew it for long, spit it out and won't go back for more. So sad. :(

I've been buying the cinnamon flavor of this gum for years. The label recently changed in early 2018, and now the flavor; the last pack I purchased had a strong chemical flavor upon first biting the gum, before the cinnamon became evident. This is REALLY disconcerting given that the product is made in China.

I've been ordering and using this gum (in the bulk size) for 5 years, and this is the first time the taste has been horrible. It's a completely different taste than the previous formulations, and much worse. So much so that I won't chew it. I'm not sure if this is a manufacturing (Spry) issue or a Amazon seller issue, but I do not plan to order this gum again, from this seller, until I figure out which it is.I rarely give negative reviews, but this product called for it.
