Yes, B is narrow and D is standard medium width.

Q: do these slippers rub between your toes?

No I will say they are comfortable and I’ve had no issues w/ rubbing or blisters between the toes! My only complaint is how Wide the flip flops are! I didn’t realize they were unisex and not narrow for women’s feet!
