I bought a new cheese grater that worked well… for two months. I opened it up, prior to throwing it away, to try and find out what the problem was and I saw an old, fully oxidated battery. The product is now 4 months old, but worked for only about 1.5 months. It might be worth continuing to grate your cheese manually

I’m Italian and I use a lot of grated Parmesan cheese in my dishes. I was tired of grating cheese by hand! Gratì is a battery-operated electric grater, plastic quality seems cheap, it is not fast but does its job well! It grates parmesan and other cheeses perfectly (I have not tried it with chocolate or anything else). It’s very important to clean after each use, and it takes only a few minutes.Considering the price, for me it’s convenient and useful. I definitely recommend it 👍🏻

I thought it was broken as it seemed not keep the charge. I found out that before the first usage it must be charged for 24 hours.Ok. Apart from that, it does it job, but the head is not waterproof, so cleaning is a delicate process.

Can't find a service center in Dubai, so warranty is useless, stopped working after 10 weeks
