Excellent Quality
When i purchased this knife I wasnt sure what to expect, I read 2 reviews for this knife, the one here which gave it 5 stars and another on the offical Victorinox site which gave the knife 1 out of 5 stars. Despite the bad review i thought id make the purchase as some people just like to complain and I like the fact that the knife is manufactured in Switzerland and not mass produced cheaply elsewhere.The knife is excellent very light, extremely sharp, has good balance and a comfortable handle, I cant fault it and i will definatley be buying Victorinox Knives in the future, well impressed.

Il coltello che preferisco in cucina!Questo coltello è davvero ottimo per l'uso in cucina. Ben affilato manico alto si riesce a lavorare molto bene.Il manico è comodissimo, anche se molto leggero è davvero solido: ad una prima impressione sembra "debole" ma in realtà è il contrario.Ottimo il bilanciamento
