The replacement part came on time as promised. The faucet with all possible adaptors were included. All parts were in individual bags with clearly numbered. A detailed instruction sheet along with diagrams was also included. So, it was a breeze to change the faucet. It took hardly 10 minutes, to replace my old faucet with new one. Works flawlessly. I definitely recommend this one.

The sprayer head on our kitchen faucet was terrible so we wanted to get a new one. We saw this one and with all the adapters, we figured it would work fine. It was super easy to install and the 3 sprayer functions are nice; however, there is no magnet in the head that ensures a tight reconnect to the faucet. Our old sprayer head had one. After you turn off the water, the sprayer head nudges down just a fraction of an inch. I am concerned about how long it will be before the head will not go back up & just hang down from the faucet. However, so far, a month in, it's been ok.

My faucet head broke and a replacement OEM part would have been about $120 from a specialty vendor, I decided to go with this replacement model instead, and was glad I did! It's higher quality than the original, and fit like a glove. Easy install less than 5 minutes. just a few twists and finding the right-size attachment head that came in the box. lots of options to choose from included.I love the pressure-spray button feature. Makes cleaning dishes way easier! I wish I had bought this faucet head a long time ago. I recommend even if your original faucet isn't broken, this is a huge upgrade from the original OEM model!

Like many of you, I wondered about the sizing. I crossed my fingers when I submitted the order, hoping this was the solution for me. It was a perfect fit, easy to install, looks beautiful (if you are into that kind of thing), and it worked - three distinctly different functions. This was a great replacement part. Here we are less than a year later and the performance is not awesome. I've cleaned it according to the instructions. None of the three functions works properly. I'm disappointed. I went back to the original package to make sure I hadn't missed something. On the back of the paperwork is the "contact us" section. The website no longer exists. I imagine the email address is as worthless as the sprayer head. Amazon states there is a 1 year warranty. Anybody have any experience with this?

Perfect Replacement for existing Kohler that was defective. Took longer to unpack than install. Plenty of adapters and instructions were clear

Water flow is good at the same one as before easy to install

Really liked this product at first. It did a great job until it developed a pinhole leak which sprayed water straight out of the side each time we used the sprayer. The collar at the top of the sprayer developed and hairline crack which caused the leak. So in the end I don't think this is a very well made product
