Bucket height works great for storage and sit height. The gamma seal is sturdy and easy open and close.Great for all types of uses. In my case, waterproof bucket to travel with supplies. More color options and a lower price on mulitple bucket purchase would be great.

These are perfect for food storage. I like the gamma lids - very easy-off & easy-on. I like knowing that my grain & cereal type foods are protected and will stay fresh for a long time. Very happy with purchase. although i would have been even happier if gamma lids came already "installed"!

I like the product. Good shipping. Product as stated. Good PR from the seller. These are tall not so common 7 gal buckets. Good quality plastic, no problems there. The gamma seals are a very good product.

I use them for my brewery. I can't tell you how amazing the gamma lids are. I keep one full of sanitizer, the other with my grain bill. No evaporation, no humidity issues in Tampa. I'm wondering of I should try cutting a hole in one and doing a secondary ferment in a 6 gallon. Love the gamma lids.

Well Worth all the money I spent on them. Fact: home depot and lowes 5 gallon paint containers are considered (by me) medium duty that takes a good beating. Lowes blue 5 gallon buckets are TRASH if you try to carry anything heavy. These buckets are thicker than both retailer buckets and let me tell you - take some abuse from me. I fill it with dirt, rocks, cement, stucco etc and the handles adhere quite well. I have only used one of them - the other will be reserved to be my latex paint thinning setup (5 gallon per 1 gallon distilled water). Six gallon in this 7 gallon bucket allows me to mix it well with my mixing paddle without spilling every where.

Edit: I'm knocking off another star because after battling with persistent leaks, I finally just siliconed the whole thing. It doesn't leak, but now I have buckets that are semi-permanently sealed shut, defeating the purpose of screw on lids. So I paid extra for nothing. Could've used a regular bucket.The gasket leaked a lot around the threaded cap. There are huge nubs and ridges where the plastic was molded that interfere with the o-ring. I had to shave them off to make it work.Because the o-ring was pre-installed over these sharp seams, it is slightly deformed with lines in it where it pressed into the ridges.I also had to silicone the ring onto the bucket because it leaked slightly from there, even after lubing it.It is not acceptable that the customer refines a product to make it meet the quality it claims in the advertisement. This plastic should have been trimmed. Quality not worth the exceptionally high price tag, but unfortunately these are THE screw on bucket lid.The buckets seem heavy duty.

Love Gamma Seals and my 5 gal buckets just are not large enough to hold 40lbs of pellets but these 7 gal buckets are perfect.
