Wash in cold water in the washing machine and hang dry. Been working perfect for me.

The padding is notvery thick. It’s more like a thin foam layer all around the shirt. Definitely wouldn’t absorb enough impact of a softball to help protect anything. It’s also pretty stiff because of all the padding so it would not fit very well under a softball uniform very well.

Great chest protector but not worth above £100

Great comfortable product, however you can buy it for £55 on an official paintball website (bz paintball) dont pay £150 for a product thats worth less.
