The media could not be loaded. Quality is pretty good except the middle shelf keeps bending no matter how tight I make it.. The top shelf could be a little bigger especially for a larger cat . Fuji hangs over. It was easy to put together and my cat loves it.

I was hesitant on getting this because I wasn't sure if my cats would use it. Glad I did because they love it! Great for multi cat homes. Its sturdy and does great holding up when there's a cat on each level at the same time. They love using it during their nap time especially when the sun is hitting it.

And I wish it came I with a pad for the top shelf but other than that, the kitties love it. Perfect height. Easy to assemble but again, the middle shelf doesn’t stay tight so it slopes down a bit. Cats won’t use that level anyway so no big deal. I’m keeping it!

First of all, let me say that there’s a reason that most cat trees are very expensive. I understand why that is now. Cats do a lot of jumping. It needs to be sturdy. It needs to be built solid, the carpeting needs to be thick not only for their scratching needs, but also to protect, your fur from the other materials, it takes to build such a cat tree.I came across this model and I like the fact that it had different colors and I like the fact that it was smaller and I thought it would work well in my kitchen since I now have two cats and each one should have their own space. Price was right, and I was really excited when I got it. I should’ve known, and this is my fault here, I order from Amazon all of the time… I was born with an injury to my spinal cord and so shopping rather difficult for me so ordering things online has become a major lifeline for me in order to get many things that I wouldn’t normally be able to shop for. And in all of the vendors I’ve dealt with via Amazon and Amazon itself over the years. I’ve never come across a seller that’s been as difficult to deal with as the seller has been for me. First off, when I open the box, I noticed that the package that came with screws was open and the type of screws it requires is the kind that uses a crank and the crank was missing and trust me there’s not that many pieces in the box , once you dump everything out if it’s not there, it’s taped to the inside of the box. It’s not there then. Thankfully though I had a crank in this little mini tool case I have… It was my dad was able to procure for me since he’s a carpenter it wasn’t a big deal. as we put it together, everything was going well till I got to the top like shape and I realize the back was completely separated from the two sides and the carpets very thin so it’s not like the carpet itself is going to hold that top piece together. My dad tried to reinsert the original nails that had detached themselves from the wood back into the sides of the top tier, but he could tell from the field that the wood was too dried out , and had separated that he could put 20 nails in there and all of them we’re going to retract from the wood. The box was sent was probably sitting in a warehouse for too long. Would just like anything else if it’s not in the right develop problems. So I notified the seller and they offered me a discount of $36 which intern ended up being $24 so that was the first lie that they told me. They also asked for proof that the item was damaged and I understood that part of course they want proof anyone would want proof. The best way to show proof was to take video but the Formont Amazon has it doesn’t allow videos. It’s too big of a file to upload, so I could only take pictures which basically showed enough of the damage. I let the $12 go I realize that my cat was bleeding from its paw and I took it to the vet and we realized it had a puncture wound and they said it was something sharp. Must’ve been a nail because of the diameter it was a pretty big puncture wound to the paw. I live in a pretty small apartment and I have a ton of furniture so the first thing I started doing was looking around around and seeing where he could’ve injured himself and then I realize the top-tier of the cat tree had blood on it so he like to sleep on that even though the back wasn’t secure, and in some point in his lounging time, he injured his paw, and I alerted the company of this and they offered Not a resolutionEven after all of that, I decided I was going to buy another one because it was the perfect fit for my kitchen. I live in a 300 square-foot studio apartment in my kitchen is small, but I have these great tall windows and the cat tree fit perfectly between the window and the kitchen table, but then something tragic happened and my cat recently passed away and it was sudden and it was tragic and it was devastating. And the cat tree had arrived yet and I alerted the company to what it happened and asked them if I could please just refuse the delivery when it comes or return it and they informed me that their return policy was they don’t have a return policy. It’s basically buyer beware when you buy it. It’s yours . Then finally they offered that they would “send me instructions“ after I proved that I purchased another cat tree and gave them the tracking information and it happens to be coming today and they informed me that I’d have to purchase a $14.50 return label. I don’t know about you, but I had two major vet bills in one month the first one for the paw was $450. The second one was closer to 1000 and I literally have -$11 in my checking account until I get paid on 3 June. And I thought it was very heartless of them to not understand that first of all my cat was injured by your product, and now I no longer need your product. I wasn’t planning on opening your product when it got here it would be sent back to you in the exact same condition you sent it to me in, and you’re going to charge me for it , which is cutting into the amount of the refund which is quite a bit $15 return label for a $64 product is pretty pricey and to me it showed that the heart of this company is about the love of animals and the humans that want to give their animals better lives. These were people that are going to sell you whatever they are going to sell you and you’re going to be stuck with it no matter what and God forbid is something happens, dear animal because their item isn’t built properly and let me tell you the carpet on this , cat tree is thinner than a dish rag. Just from vacuuming and deferring it alone I already have spots that are about to give away on the old cat tree where I took the top part off after my cat was injured and just kept the bottom tier and the Scratching post. It’s not a well built product. It’s not built to last that’s why it’s inexpensive. And it’s made by people that don’t care about human beings or animals because if they did, they would have more compassion because it’s not hard for me to prove that my animal was injured by their product and it’s not hard for me to prove that I’ve recently lost , my cat unexpectedly and no longer need a cat. Maybe I’m crazy. Maybe this is just the world we live in now we nobody cares about what happens in other peoples lives, but I waited tables and I was a bartender for years and I never treated people the way I’ve been treated by this company. so I would just think twice. If you have many cat trees in your house then maybe this will be a good addition and it won’t have a lot of wear and it might last a year, but guessing the way that it’s made in quickly it’s fallen apart and just the month that I’ve had the first one I can’t be the only one out there, which is why there aren’t many reviews on this product because I don’t think that many people have purchased it. I think it’s better to go to a pet store and buy from a place where you know if there’s a problem they’re going to make it right. But that part was my fault, I didn’t read the return policy and that’s where I went wrong… If I had known that they were this cutthroat and heartless I never would’ve purchased , an animal product from people that do business like that

The main purpose I bought this was for my cats to climb up and down to get to the water and food bowls on the counter. So it achieved that purpose!When I first got it and put it together, I had a couple issues. First, the material isn’t that good. It’s thin and nothing covers up the screws or the screws are in awkward places. Second, the middle shelf is not stable and slants forward. I’ve tightened and tightened and had someone else tighten and it doesn’t stay straight.After two months of kitties scratching the ropes, they’ve broken and started unraveling. It’s making a huge mess right now with the ropes being shredded.

The media could not be loaded. I bought two of these intending to replace two similar trees. These have cheap covering, it is NOT real carpet. I’m going to spring for the expensive ones now. It’s already pulling loose from the base. In my video, the light colored one is this one, the one my cat is on is a really good quality one. Check out the difference.

Great height, big enough for my cats to lie in it. Easy to assemble , lightweight and I like the design. If you assemble it right there should not be an issue with the 2nd shelf. It's just what I was looking for and the price is very reasonable.
