Noise level is barely detectable, perfect for small spaces. I’m not sure about sleep mode, but the fragrance that was included is great! Where can I get more? Lights are not too bright. I think it’s doing it’s job of purifying. Sleek body and exterior is soft to the touch.

read some other reviews ..the negative ones all seem to have issues and expectations that are simply those out of control every so often that one bad apple pops up..I say just do return for exchange...and not blame the device for hick ups.. my device is amazing

Short battery life, definitely not as described. Will power off before you notice any change in air quality.
