Completely dead , not working product was delivered and it looks like already used product as scratches are seen in the product. Now I am stuck with this junk product as Amazon is not taking Returns and I have only option to visit the Service centre with additional expenses. This is horrible experience. First dead product is delivered and no help.

Used it for about only an year and it's scroll wheel is already not working properly, it lags a lot and the page doesn't go down when scrolling down it jiggles on the page. IMO not a great mouse for the price. It was slightly since the beginning even after the updates it didn't work properly.

The LED light is not working. The surface is rough that makes it look dull. Can't say about the comfort and durability as of now. Replacement policy not effective.
