Works great and no problems

I purchased 3 with the intention of using 1 and giving the others to my wife and daughter. Two of them failed after the first use. After the first failure, I used extreme care with the 2nd. I was extremely careful when inserting the phone into the case. Failed again. The lights actually activate so I think it's retaining a charge, but I think the connection to the phone gets easily disconnected. So one of them still works and the other 2 are not functional.Regarding their guarantee, I reported a problem after 4 months. The guarantee promises 12 months money back guarantee. There is no information in the box about how to obtain guarantee service. The vendor refuses to honor the guarantee. They're pretty transparent about not keeping their promises.Don't buy this ! They lie.An update: All 3 batteries have now failed. They state that the batteries are guaranteed but there is nothing in the instructions or on the box about how to obtain service under the guarantee. They don't even create the illusion of honoring their promises.

Finally after 4 tries a Mophie type product that works the way it should!! I just got an IPhone 12 Pro and once the battery dies down you just press the button and it puts the phone back up to 100%; it also has a good feel to it and you charge the case while charging your phone. I paid over $100 from Apple and it didn’t even work; this is what I’ve been after snd I’m very satisfied; anyone that has any questions just ask me; well worth the price

Only complaints are the lack of wireless charging and the weight of the phone while using it, but that tends to happen when you slap another battery on it. Great purchase for the price

The device worked well in the beginning when I first brought it. Stopped charging and the sides started falling apart about 5 months into use. Good for the short term not good for the long run.

This case works really well. It’s not a super fast charge but the case stays on your phone so it will charge. It’s also not slow. I did have one issue with the first case it stopped charging my phone but customer service sent another one right away.

This stopped charging already. It will not charge at all now. Not very good quality.

Only worked for a day and when I put my phone in for the first time the charging part bent forward. It’s very cheaply made and doesn’t even work now. I had to force the phone in and press on both ends just to get it to work. Don’t buy. Waste of money and they won’t refund me.
