KitchenAid RKFP0722QG 7-Cup (Renewed) Food Processor with Exact Slice System - Liquid Graphite

Kitchenaid has the best products. This food processor is one of my favorite buys. Sliced 5 potatoes perfectly in less than a minute.

Ok so a little background on me to give subtext for the review, I've been an executive chef for over 14 years and have extensive experience with both commercial and retail based appliances. This processor is fantastic.Pros:Incredibly powerful/ durable base constructionVery durable well constructed bowlClean fitting attachments and parts (not surprising from anything kitchenaid)Excellent price to power ratioLong trusted company backing the product with many years of solid customer support.Cons:Bowl on the smaller sideWent overboard with safety, clicking bowl in place requires more effort than it shouldIncredibly hard to clean shredder attachment (simply filling the gap in between plate and edge of plate would rectify this issue) cheese/ veg pieces immediately find this gap and don't want to leave.Overall I would not only recommend this to anyone in the market for a processor, I would also repurchase if for some reason I was separated from mine. The quality of the base is on par with higher end commercial lines like robot coupe, but for a fraction of the price.

time to buy a refurbished model but not disappointed.

Very nice replacement for my old processor. My old food processor was from the early 90s seem to weigh about 2 tons. This one is much lighter and easier to clean

Does everything that it says that it will, and more!

First..its adorable in apple green.I was hoping for a little more power but it definitely gets the job done.I have quite a few Kitchen aid girl gadgets and am pretty loyal to the brand. The pulse option is pretty powerful and it's super easy to use..HOWEVER..the blade is RIDICULOUSLY sharp so be careful..I was daydreaming while washing it and got a seriously deep cut.I would only add a blade cover when it's being stored..other than that..Its perfect for my needs.Mine was refurbished and it's like brand new.No issues.

I followed the instructions for assembly to a "T", (I've put lots of small kitchen appliances together before), and it will not come on. I tried multiple outlets which were all "live", and it still will not come on. I love the units looks, and have trusted the Kitchen Aide line in the past, but am so frustrated that this thing will not work. Will update this review if and when the seller responds with some sort of fix, or refund option offered.
