This is a well put together set. You will have everything from beginner to advanced carving. And a very good price point for this collection.

After recently opening my own restaurant, I wanted to add some lovely touches with my desserts, win-ware have more than delivered on this one! My customers are forever now commenting on how I produced these types of shapes on the fruit and vegetables I serve to them! A great product I recommend the 80 pieces for any restaurant use, but try and go for a smaller set if using around the home for some fun!

Cheapest, crappiest carving set EVER. This was a total waste of money and I would have returned it for a full refund except I took it on a trip the first week I had it and the box broke (airlines handled my suitcase roughly). I felt that since it was damaged that I would have to take the loss. The knives aren't sharp. The handles are weak and cheap. Basically, this system sucks rocks.

Although this product took almost a month to arrive it was worth the wait. I bought this as a birthday gift for my husband because he likes to do fruit carvings. He loved it! The box is sturdy and the tools seem like they will hold up (although we have not tried them just yet) The only thing I would recommend is ordering a manual or book at the same time. It is difficult with so many tools to know what each one is for.

GREAT value for the money. I had purchased a small set some years ago with only 7 of the 80 pieces in this set but at 25% of the cost. I am delighted with this set and plan on buying another for a friend. And, FYI, it came within 3 days of ordering. I was amazed and tickled pink.

when I first saw this i loved it and had to purchase it. when i recieved it it wasnt what I exspected. The knives were dull and the other tools that came with it isnt durable.

Good quality & everything you need for food carving!

I ordered this piece for my mother for Christmas. I placed the order in the morning and by the end of the following day it was at my house. The set appears exactly as it does in the picture. She was very pleased with her gift and has used it several times.
