Q: Does this hat have a ponytail portal in the back?

Although I don't have enough hair to do a ponytail, yes, it has the "portal".

Q: Does anyone have a good suggestion on how to reattach the sweat seal once it delaminates from the sweatband?

I attempted to glue with no success. I did a zigzag stitch through the sweat seal and that is holding. It still diverts sweat adequately. However, I have another one ready to order if/when this repair fails.

Q: Does this fit under a cycling helmet?

Yes - the Halo hat fits nicely under a cycling helmet.

Q: What is the spf rating of this hat?

Tag says white = 20. All other colors = 40
