HIGHLY RECOMMENDED
I bought this before Christmas 2024 as I heard a well known chef say that Potato Starch was the best way to get roast potatoes PERFECT. I bought this starch with my tongue planted firmly in my cheek as I wasn't really sure that it was going to be the magic trick to ensure perfect roasts every single time.... but I tried it and . . . IT ACTUALLY WORKS! Beautifully cooked, golden brown, crunchy outside and gorgeous on the inside. EVERY SINGLE TIME! I highly recommend this Potato Starch and am so glad that I gave it a try.

Love this potato starch. Saw this on a tele programme to give roast potatoes a crispy outside. Did exactly this and will always use again. Definitely recommend.

Home made Korean fried chicken.
Mixed with plain flour this makes the best Korean fried chicken I've ever had. Just add your own spices to your own taste.
