Great massage device!
This is a very cost effective functional massage device. Most of these devices are cordless & I did not want a cordless device as eventually the batteries will no longer recharge. I am always close enough to an electrical outlet that was not an issue for me. I also did not need more than 1 head to the device as I have small trigger points that require intense pressure in a small localized area for relief; therefore, a single massage head best meets my needs. I have chronic spasms between my shoulder blades & this works well to ease the spasms. It is a little heavy but not so heavy that it is not manageable. The weight of the device actually negates having to press down on the device to work out the spasms. I had to use quite a bit of pressure to work out the trigger points with previous devices that required a great deal of pressure from my hands which became tiring & painful after a few minutes of use. The heat function works well. It is not hot like a heating pad but you can feel the heat. Intensity level #3 was sufficient for my needs but it does go to level 5 which is quite intense. I preferred the continuous pulse mode but it does have 2 other pulse modes. The #3 intensity & continuous pulse are the default modes so that makes it convenient for immediate use when initially turned on. All I have to do is press the heat mode if desired to start using the device. You do need to press the on button for the heat & to turn on the device for a longer interval to activate. The device is very easy to use. The 2 additional silicone heads work well for the bony areas (I am a small frame older female with little muscle mass in my upper body due to long-term shoulder problems from multiple bilateral shoulder & cervical surgeries) across my scapula & cervical areas. Overall this the best massage device for my needs of any I have tried & also one of the most cost effective which is always a bonus. I intend to order a second device in order to have one for use on the couch & one for use at night prior to sleep as that is when my spasms are normally the worst. Also I like this device so much that having a second device should ensure that I always have one in case of malfunction.

Very easy to use and maneuver!
This Renpho Hand Held Massager is probably the best I’ve ever used. The handle design is shaped so that it is very easy to hold and doesn’t hurt your hands and isn’t super heavy. I’ve used many other massagers and one of my biggest complaints is the ergonomics of the hold and weight. I can reach the middle of my back with this one and don’t have to ask for someone to help me!! Ahhh so nice!! When it’s turned on the “standard” start settings (middle intensity) it is very comfortable. The highest intensity setting is a little too strong the closer it got to my head and it kinda felt like my brain was shaking. The heat feature is nice, I only wish it got a little hotter. Both of the massager head attachments are very pleasant. They definitely change up the feeling. One of the attachments was kind of rough/sharp edges, but when I used it on the outside of my clothes it wasn’t bothersome. I was having major back pain the day I received this in the mail and I immediately used it and it provided great pain relief! Another nice feature is the LONG cord!! Now I can sit in my chair and watch tv and use the massager! Not confined by a short cord! Definitely worth the money. Super easy to use! Great deal!

Does the job.
Got it for my husband for Christmas. He likes me to use it on him for an all over back massage. Although the weight indicated in the description on this one was lighter than others, it still gets heavy and tiresome to hold for a whole 20 minutes on some else's back. I'm sure if you're doing it on yourself, over your shoulder, gravity will help make it easier to handle. I like that it has heat, but we actually prefer the silicone attachment with the nubbies all over it and you can't use the heat with the attachments. I like that it goes a whole 20 minutes instead of 15, but again, it does get heavy after awhile. It would probably be easier if he laid face down with pillows underneath his torso to bring his shoulders down and relaxed, but we like to sit in the livingroom in front of the tv and do it, so I will usually start with his neck and work slowly, concentrating on one area at a time, and gradually work my way down toward the lower back, so by the time my arm would start getting tired I'm not trying to hold it up so high. He usually sits and leans comfortably forward while I sit behind him. He says it's very relaxing, and helps relieve his shoulder pain from all the driving he does for work. The only thing I wish it had was some type of display or something to indicate how much time it has left. I have to make it a point to look at the time on a clock in the room and keep track that way, otherwise it just stops "unexpectedly" after the 20 minutes is up!

Highly recommended and really affordable
This massager is really affordable and does its job great. Love being able to really work on small spots and on my knees and neck with the different attachments. My feet also love this device. It is really comfortable to hold. I like that I can massage my back or neck without the need of an extra hand, the size of the massager is great for that. It’s easily used on yourself or another person. The adjustable speed is very useful as you can start on low and work your way up as tolerated. The interchangeable massage heads can be switched effortless. I also own one Renpho's Bluetooth scale and it’s one of the best investment I made. Thanks Renpho for affordable and great products.

Powerful but heavy
This is very powerful and works but it is very heavy. If you have any hand or arm problems with holding things or arthritis this would be difficult to use. I can only use it if I lean back on it. I hsve to find a lighter massager.
