The only matzo meal worth buying
This is the only matzo meal I use. It’s the perfect consistency—I have found others are too fine, but this is just coarse enough to make excellent matzo balls every time. The recipe on the back is good too, I just make a few of my own substitutions.

A Tasty But Overpriced Ingredient for Classic Matzo Ball and Chicken Soup
It is impossible to find matzo meal of any type in my small city. This matzo meal makes very good matzo balls for chicken soup. However, it isn't kosher for Passover and is very expensive. Other on-line sources had a better price but either failed to ship to my region or had very high shipping fees. It is convenient to get free shipping on Amazon Prime.

Cobwebs and a Dead Bug in the Box...
It's clear that this seller was not storing their product in a food storage facility. Upon opening the box, I noticed the entire top was lined with cobwebs, and a bunch of the matzo meal had gotten caught in them, making the product look all stringy hanging from the top of the box. Worse yet, upon closer examination I also noticed a dead brown bug trapped in the webs.Absolutely disgusting. I would thoroughly recommend not purchasing from this seller, as it's clear that they have been storing these food products in a location (likely a garage or basement) that is littered with bugs and NOT meant for safely reselling to the public.
