Have 2 of these that work great
I purchased 2 of these units (30000 btu) in Nov 2021 so I'm in my 4th year of use. One is installed in a converted 2 car garage used as a home office (about 360 sq ft) Its probably a bit overkill but it will heat that space from 58 degrees to 72 in less than 15 minutes before i have to turn it down. I will add that the room is well insulated on all sides and carpeted. The second application is in an above ground 860 sq ft basement (cinder block walls, insulated windows and door) Its used as a music studio/ rehearsal room. It will heat the room from 58-70 in less than an hour, and in a lower position, maintain that temperature. Both units are natural gas and they have been trouble free since installation. As others have mentioned. The blower switch is in a poor location on the back of the unit which requires reaching over with your fingers down the back of the unit several inches. Hopefully they have updated newer units with a properly located blower switch.

Loud noise and flames out front
This is a non refundable item!!! Don’t waste your time and money. It’s junk. Hooked it up to replace another propane heater that sputtered, worked good the first day second day is when it made a loud noise and started blowing out a loud blue flame and burning smell, like a rocket. I can’t have this in my house, too dangerous. Heater is defective. This has happened to several other people too it seems like.

Good so far!
Of course, nothing will replace the ole Dearborn heaters, but this one is pretty good. My house is 1100 sq ft and it does a fair job of heating it. I do use electric heater in the bathroom.

Pretty good
I have 2 of these types of heaters, this one and a Mr Heater. This was maybe $20 more, but came with the integrated fan. I don't want to take away from the Mr Heater one at all, it works very well and puts out a ton of heat. However, the Bluegrass one is about 1/3 smaller in size and is astecically much nicer to look at. The fan has an "auto" feature, which kicks it on and off as needed, which I find a very nice feature. The Bluegrass unit has gone to my livingroom, which heats my 1st and 2nd fl incredibly well, and Mr Heater has been moved to the basement to replace a smaller heater. What people don't tell you, is these units are 100% efficient. My furnace hasnt kicked on once, and I live in the northeast. My gas bill has gone down about $40 a month. Overall, I like this heater, am glad I bought it, would definitely buy it again over the bigger and bulkier other brands. If you order one, you'll like it too.

Works great
I’ve had this heater for four years now one of the best heaters I’ve ever bought. I live in Texas and sometimes it gets into the low 20s only have to put it on 1-1/2 or 2 and that will keep the house in between 72 and 75
