Ripped and defective-one had a hole in it. I didn’t bother opening all of them. Extremely cheap and it is not linen. Trust the one star reviews. The defects were not visible at first sight , only when they are put against the light - cheap from China. I don't recommend at all. Inexpensive but trash. Why items like these are still circulating? All cheap stuff ends in trash and pollutes environment...I have found good deals and quality products, it this one is not it.

I like to wear a scarf as a scarf (around neck) these aren't really long enough for the way I like to use them (looped through or doubled). They're fine as a headband or an accessory on a bag.

These scarves come in a nice bag and each one is individually wrapped. Would make a nice bulk gift item. These are okay though to use for hair as currently marketed. They are long and meant to be wrapped around your head. Mine with not stay on my head without being pinned in. I feel like the cloth does not help to keep my hair healthy but they work when I can't find any of my other head scarves.
