There’s so much information and misinformation about supplements that it’s difficult to rate them. My final decision is to save my money and do more research. As it was I was doing a solo study that would take years to get an inconclusive answer.

I thought the product was 500 mgs and was taking it for a year. Unfortunately, I didn't read the fine print. You have to take 2 capsules to equal 500 mgs. My liver enzymes have quadrupled. (I don't drink that much alcohol) My Dr. recommended that I take a liquid glutathione 500mg 3 times a day.
