Shipping was super fast.Have been using the Sonaki Shower Head for less than a week and am already feeling the results. I moved from Virginia to California and the water difference was insane. The water in California dried out my skin so badly and left me breaking out in rashes all over my body.I ordered this as a last hope, and I'm already clearing up.My hair and skin feels MUCH softer.The installation was super easy, and the plumber's tape fixed any potential leaks.The plastic is cheap, but not terrible. Water pressure has improved, I used to have really low water pressure and this showerhead fixed that.I had read other reviews on the filters running out super quickly. Since I've only had mine for a few days I can't speak to that, But I'll update once I need to change it out.Don't have any complaints yet.*edit*After a week, week and a half, I took a shower and my hair felt horrible and my skin absolutely dry. However the filter was seemingly full. I'm not sure what's going on as I'm the only one using it, and I also take cold showers...so the filter couldn't have run out?

This is an amazing product if you are struggling with hair fall due to bad water conditions. I'm a customer outside of the US and I bought this product because the water in my country unfortunately has a bad rep for having minerals that are damaging to the hair. Not dangerous to bathe in just really makes the hair dry with a rough texture and even fallouts. Since I am using it (almost 2 months now) I notices there is a significant change on the texture of my hair! It is much softer during and after the shower and less frizzy when dry. The hair fallout is much less so thats definitely a plus. It seems good on the skin, but honestly my focus is more on my hair. I can't imagine going back to my normal shower head. If I can take it with me when I travel I would. Its easy to install and replacing the filter was a little tricky at first but I got it and its easy the next time round.

So sorry, I loved the idea of this filter being Vitamin C, The picture shows and states, you get "two replacement filters", but I guess what they meant was the one that comes WITH the shower head is one of the refils? I've never bought a product that uses a filter,Like a brita ,or pur, or even the under the sink set up with the built in little faucet, that did not automatically come with the first filter. I mean, I knew I wasn't mistaken, The picture clearly shows you, "the head with filter, And TWO replacements". That bothered me on a daily basis, every time I was in the shower. I liked it, The holes were so tiny, I was worried at first. Pressure is great, no problems. I noticed my shower curtain didn't get the mildew it normally gets, "WOW". Then I changed to the second filter, I didn't need any tools, or tape, all very quick and simple. When I screwed the head back on to the hose and turned the water on, it sprung a leak. I didn't even use any tools or force. I didn't need to. Not only did this filter go Much faster, but the mildew returned and another leak sprung out. I can't stand when a rogue stream of water keeps shooting you in the face no matter where you turn. I am so sorry to say, I payed over a hundred dollars for about roughly 3-6 months of enjoyment. So temporary. The plastic is ridiculously weak. Sorry to the seller. It's not worth what I payed. I will not ask for a refund, but please, do better business. Your company seems very courteous. good luck with future upgrades.

Have had a Sonaki vitamin C shower head for years. Both my daughters also have them. I purchased a new one after moving and installed it without tools. Hand tightened only 2 weeks later it started spraying water all over. I found the nylon seal on the ball joint had split open ( see photo).Very disappointed, these used to last for years, now weeks?? For the $$ the quality really sucks. Will return? Or see if they will ship a new seal.

I moved from Connecticut to Texas and noticed a hugh difference in the water quality. My skin and hair became extremely dry and my hair began to break. I purchased this showerhead six months ago and the improvement in my skin and hair was immediate. I noticed within days that my skin didn't feel as dry and my hair felt softer to the touch. Overall improvements have been undeniable and my hair stop breaking as well.I do agree with the other reviews, which state that for $99 the showerhead is very cheaply made, so please be careful with the installation, filter change and daily use. Secondly my showerhead broke rather easily which is also aligned with other reviews that I noted when deciding whether to purchase this item. Overall, I would still recommend this product when used with extreme care.

Is working fine upon arrival, didn't have to modify anything so that was nice. Seems like a quality build though I wish the part which holds the head wasn't plastic - I've seen these break. The vitamin C is working wonders, will be sure to follow up and complain if the cartridges don't last very long. One thing I should add, the handle is very long and adds some elevation to the water source.

So I bought this for my husband who had to have it. I don't understand how Vit C can filter chlorine out of hot water when Vit C is destroyed by heat? The sprayer is quite good and has lasted 2 years, we just stopped using the filters after a year because we moved to the country where we have amazing well water that doesn't need to be filtered. The sprayer is just a bit short to reach/rinse my small dogs, in the tub. But the 2 sprayer settings are pretty good and strong which makes cleaning them and the tub easy. I also like the hold setting which means you don't have to turn the water off to scrub, then turn it back on, find the right temperature etc. But for some reason returning to spray after hold setting makes water really hot for about 30 seconds then it returns to previously set temperature. I don't know if this is because of the sprayer or our water?
