Do not buy this item!
This item arrived faulty and dangerous. The cooker was turning itself on and off randomly and is unsafe. Upon requesting a return I was told that I would have to arrange and pay for a return of the cooker and I would be reimbursed. I was provided with a list of couriers and told to ring them up and arrange collection(on a Saturday and bank holiday weekend) I have no box to put it in, the drivers took that when they delivered. Every company I have contacted so far have refused to take the item because it weighs 52kg. Some are saying they will take it if it's on a pallet. I don't have any pallets at home and I donate have a fork lift truck to lad the lorry either. This is an absolute joke and I still haven't got a collection sorted. Nor do I have a cooker that works. thanks Amazon, you are officially useless and I assure you I will make sure that everyone I meet hears about your woeful customer service.I will update you all with the outcome if I ever get one.Joke!!

Quality Assurance Issues on a good basic model
The media could not be loaded. Zanussi dual fuel cooker ZCK66350XAFor many years we owned the previous all gas version of this cooker made by Electrolux. We were disappointed to find that the dual fuel version of the same cooker relabelled Zanussi and recently purchased from Amazon had taken a shoddy backward step in quality.Apart from sharp edges left on some parts of the cooker, (dangerously at the back on the stainless steel version); one of the main faults is that the temperature dials are not firmly fixed. Oversize cut outs in the hob allow the dials to move which can result in a difference of 20 Deg. C in the set oven temperature. This is a cheap and nasty feature and should not exist on a cooker costing as much as this one.The initial gas supply to the burners is also very slow and lighting the burners can also prove very frustrating, sometimes taking 4 or 5 seconds to before a burner will stay lit. Unless the control knob is held down for a period to allow the flame detection system to operate the gas will shut off. This can be real pain if you have cookware on the hob as you have to remove it to see if a burner is actually alight. The pot stands on this appliance deserve mention because that they often not level as supplied allowing a saucepan to tilt to one side or the other when over a burner. This is a generic fault on this range of cookers, they were the same on our last (Electrolux) cooker and this problem should really have been sorted before the cookers leave the factory. Full marks to Zanussi service dept for providing an engineer and replacements to overcome this problem for us.The fronts of both oven doors are glass, with no protection at the edges. This makes them extremely vulnerable to contact damage and probably expensive to replace.Considering it has several fans in operation it’s a quiet cooker, the ovens heat quickly and retain heat well. When cooking the vents from both ovens emit jets of steam causing substantial condensation on the wall behind the cooker and hob glass top – this was not noticeable on the all gas version of this cooker. In spite of cost saving in manufacture because it is a good basic model and includes safety shut off on the burners I would purchase this cooker again. Zanussi service has also proved very responsive.
