Finished a custom master bath but was disappointed with how the expensive hand cut river rock floor came out. It seemed flat and the dark grout was anything but. Given the cost the floor should have jumped out. A local company recommended this product and the results were unbelievable. I tested a small portion behind a toilet to check the results. It didn't take long before I was doing the shower and bathroom accent areas. The river rock floor was transformed, and the grout became noticeably darker giving the visual contrast we had hoped for. Putting it on properly requires that you follow the directions exactly otherwise you may wind up with a dull finish that's really hard to remove. But the results are definitely worth it. Says it has a 3 to 5 year life. It's only been 6 months so I'll have to check back in a couple of years. Also be careful of cleaners used on the floor; again follow the directions on the bottle (very small print) or check their website. Definitely worth the money.

Item arrived quickly and was exactly what was ordered. Just beware that you can’t return this! We didn’t need it after all and given the value we’re disappointed it wasn’t returnable

Very small bottle
Shocked to see how small the container was. By the picture I thought it was much bigger. Extremely expensive for that tiny bottle.
