Shabby workmanship on solar panel?!
I bought two and neither one works! I placed them in direct sun and they do not shine at night. They have no on/ off switch so I the problem must be a faulty solar panel - but on both of them? Also one of the stakes broke from the first hit of my hammer to place it in the ground, which was a very light hit. Giftable but I don't recommend it.

Adorable owl to go with the rest of my garden family. My only 2 reasons for not being 100% happy are: it did not come with a stand/pole to set into the ground for it to rest on (I had to get my own) and it is not as bright as it looks in pictures. It barely glows. Other than that it is cute

Seriously? I did a search on Amazon for "scarring pigeons'
I have a serious pigeon-drinking-my-pool- water problem. I saw this owl come up on the search and figured if it's good nh to scare the pigeons away itusy be at least ad big as a real owl.....WRONG? Please look at the picture. It's smaller than a pair of sunglasses and a red bull can! It's cute but, I doubt the pigeons will be terrified. They'll probably drop bird poop on it like they do my pool deck. Beware of items that do not list measurements! Ugh!

Does not last 😞
The media could not be loaded. I'm very disappointed about this light, so I bought this American bald eagle solar outdoor garden light to represent my father (RIP) and it just did not last😢, we got it and had it out summer of 2023, packed it up for the winter, brought it back out for this summer and it was not lighting up so went to take it apart and well the black cord is just completely disconnected and it's very upsetting and disappointing because it was not mistreated it was packed away very appropriately and very protected and I'm just not sure what happened here maybe it wasn't soldered correctly, I don't know but it should have at least definitely lasted more than 6 months or less!!😞

Patience
The owl has to set out in the sun for 3 to 4 days to charge. The entire owl and base will light up.

Put it in the sun
This is my second one. First owl I left out all winter and bulb burnt out(non replaceable) I'll bring this one in this year. It's eyes really glow.
