These call center style headphones are great for those that work from home. With the one ear on, one ear off approach, I am able to keep these on all day as well as communicate with family without taking them off. I tested the mute and volume controls they work perfectly as well. To setup I just used the usb straight into my laptop and selected the headphones in Windows settings, less than a minute and I was rolling! Highly recommend for those with a high call volume in the work day. They feel durable in hand, the on system button functionality of mute and volume controls keep you from hunting for those on screen / keyboard, and they sound great. Great value for the money! Note they come with an additional usb c connector as well.

Excellent product, sounds very clear while working and they are very light and soft on the ears, definitely recommend if you are working remote or on a computer, .noise cancelling works great!

Using these for the first time tonight - I work from home and have struggled to find a headset that didn't hurt my ears. I purchased the one ear set this time. So far it's fairly comfortable. The sound quality is pretty good and the microphone seems to work really well without a lot of background noice. My one complaint with this one is that if you touch the cord closest to the headset you can hear it through the headset, which is kind of annoying. This is also true if the cord rubs against your clothing or anything like that. This doesn't happen with the lower part of the cord beyond the volume control, just the top portion of the cord. The volume controls are easy to operate and the buttons are larger, which is a nice feature.

I purchased this headset for work. I do work from home and sometimes I need privacy so I can’t have music or my Skype/Zoom calls going out through the speakers so the whole family can listen in.I didn’t even realize this can be used to listen to music also as it is also a speaker ear set so even when I’m not on a call the music from my computer plays through it. Which means this has dual functionality! Now I want to get one that has speakers on both ears. I like the color scheme of the gold and black and the mic quality and speaker sounds crisp in my opinion. It also so comfortable to wear.Overall, I’ve got good value out of this in terms of quality and performance at a good price.

I just got the headset and started using it.PROS:* It gives clear sound and is good at cancelling most noise, so those nearby won't be disturbed by my sound, and so I won't be distracted as much by nearby noise.* It has a simple 3.5mm plug with 4 poles (TRRS) so that it can carry both input and output (microphone) on one cable. If needed, input and output can be split with an accessory (sold separately).* The microphone sound comes in pretty clearly, too, with a nice soft cover over the receiver.CONS:* This is NOT a stereo headset, like I thought it was. It really looks like one. TRRS (4 pole) 3.5mm jacks CAN be stereo, and this has TWO working speakers, but it does NOT convey stereo sound. I have been experimenting with the settings in Windows 10 for a while now, and whatever I do, whenever input sound is coming for either the left or right speaker channel, I hear that sound in BOTH headphones. This is fine for phone calls, of course, but it is disappointing if you were hoping to also use it to listen to stereo audio input, like in music or a game. If this had been made clearer, I might have found a different product. As it is, this one lacking features is all that keeps me from marking this 5 stars.

I reached out to customer service on the headset due to the mute button was no longer working - Selina from Arama Service Team responded quickly and was able to get me a replacement within a couple of days! I enjoy using the headset because it's very light and easy to use! The best part is the customer service! I highly recommend it!
