Service was fast, shoes fit and looked great. Actually, they looked like brand-new shoes, the soles had no wear and there was no scuffing anywhere. It was only when I started to tie the shoe, that I noticed the lace holder on the tongue was completely torn.I'm keeping the shoes - the trade off for a damaged shoe vs. the cost (more than half the cost of regular Keens) is worth it.I <3 Keen
