The media could not be loaded.  What a great charger for the price. I've had a few external power banks for around $10-$20 and this one is the best I've gotten so far. I've had one that had 10,000maH but it wasn't enough charge for my phone by the time my phone was at 100% the bank would be out of charge.I decided to upgrade and get a new one, this one is double 20,000maH. For my phone which has a 5,000mah battery this is the perfect charger it charges my phone to 100% and still has charge left over for another device or another round for my phone. I would definitely recommend it if you have a phone that does need a lot of charge and needs one that has multiple ways of charging the power bank. This has ios input, android input and USB c input to charge the device which is awesome. I mostly use the USB c and I feel like that works the best though I haven't really tried the other ones.I also like that the charger has two outputs where I have the option of charging more than one device at a time and there's a priority to the ports.One has a port that has two charge symbols for a quicker charging speed and another symbol for a normal charging speed. When I charge my device I use the faster charging port and its works pretty well. This isn't very light but the quality is great and for the price I'd recommend it as a holiday gift or just something for someone who may need it. I've owned lots of similar batteries over the years. Road trips, camping, plane flights, anyplace where a standard plug isn't available, etc. THIS one is the largest capacity battery I've bought, have owned 2 others from the same maker in smaller sizes, all have been great. This thing is a tank, small enough to not be noticed, powerful enough to charge several tablets and phones on one charge. Love Aduro's products, will not consider anything else after this!

I work in the go constantly and can’t always have my phone plugged into an outlet or car port. I am out and about for the majority of the day (anywhere from 12-17 hours a day) so I need to charge my phone from time to time. It’s perfect and lasts several days! Also great for little outings like a day at the beach or a road trip when you need extra charging ports. It’s been a life saver! Even my 12 year old uses it!

Never received instruction booklet promised. Thought it would be more compact too big and too heavy! Does not fully charge even after being on charger for 24 hrs!

Great product. It has lots of power in it. Took about two hours to charge the first time. I used it to charge my phone over night while camping. The phone was all most dead and it brought it back to 98 percent in 8 hours. I don’t know why it didn’t take it to 100 percent. After the charge it said it was at 3/4 charge on the battery bank. I like it to take camping where there is no power. It keeps me and my sons phones charged for a few days. Great buy.

Takes a while to charge fully but that should be expected at this capacity. Easily charges multiple devices at full charge. Good deal at this price.

I purchased this April 1st and the 22rd. I don't recall why I bought 2 so close together. I can only surmise that there must have been an issue with the first one, returned it, then gave it another chance.Now the iphone port DOES NOT WORK. It's outside of the return or exchange policy. .What a waste of money.Update: Even though it was out of the return period, seller Entronik reached out to me Jun 5 and three times on Jun 20 --a total of 4 communiques. First contact offered me a refund, which was accepted. Second and third contacts were refund updates. Then the last (4th) contact (which was the 3rd one on Jun 20) , Rachel, the Happiness Officer apologized, and said to disregard the prior two Jun 20th emails, because they were not able to offer the refund, but would I accept a replacement to solve the problem?I replied I wanted the refund. Well, no refund and no further response by the seller.So today I changed my mind and tried to contact the seller using the last email thread to let the Happiness Officer that I'd thought it over and would accept a replacement to resolve this issue.I wasn't able to update my last communication to the seller. I contacted Amazon Customer Service. Unfortunately, it is outside of the 30 day window, so there's no further obligation to honor a replacement.Moral of the story: Even though the Happiness Officer originally offered a refund, I should have accepted the replacement offer since it was already outside of the 30 day window.

The product is nice. It arrived with no manual however.....and the surface had to be wiped with a clorox wipe because there were tiny droplets (looked like spray or something else) that had dried on the surface.It would be nice to have a manual so that the customer can know the operating details of the device.Nice product overall.
