Louisville Ladder 10-Foot Aluminium Step Ladder with Tool Tray, 250-Pound Load Capacity, Type I, AS2110

Received within 48 hours after ordering! I've been occasionally borrowing my neighbor's aluminum 10' and decided it was time to get one for my own (I used to own a heavy fiberglass but traded that awhile ago to a small business owner because it was such a pain to lug around, set up and take down indoors). This aluminum ladder didn't arrive "new" as it shipped unwrapped from - Minnesota? Via Jax distributer?? I'm close to Jax so maybe that's why it got here so soon. So - yeah there are some scuffs and marks. Not wrapped up like a present. I don't think it is a used ladder but even if so - it's a ladder folks, get over it. It is completely sturdy and useful and not bent and I used it indoors all day today and will be taking it outside (but not in lightning) to use as I used my neighbor's ladder outdoors. I love that I was easily able to collapse and easily able to move it around, by myself, all throughout my house today. VERY HANDY and lightweight. And much less expensive than a 10' fiberglass. I would definitely get this again because it is great value for what was spent and the 2-day arrival was such a nice surprise. I wouldn't expect that part but kudos to the Hibbing folks.

I was worried when I ordered this ladder based on the other reviews. However, my experience has been great!1. Ladder is relatively light weight for a 10-ft step ladder.2. It is sturdy. A lot of the other reviewers complained, but unless I run my car or tractor into it, it will hold up nicely. Now, its not as study as a wood or fiberglass ladder, but that's what makes it lighter.3. The shipping experience was great. I was contacted by the shipping company throughout the process including a call from the driver when he was 20 minutes away. He was very professional and actually carried the ladder to where I wanted it.

When this ladder was delivered, (which was well done as well) I could hardly believe it's quality, far in excess of what I expected. The aluminum was of a heavier gauge and the steps were well designed to feel quite confortable underfoot, yet it is light enough for one person to carry.My 170 lb, 861/2 year old bod was able to change light bulbs in a high ceiling fixture then carry this ladder to its resting place in the garage!

It is perfect all my projects in my house. I can now reach everything needed.

Just received last week and have used with no issues. It was the cheapest 10 foot ladder but it seems sturdy. The only issue was delivery. Amazon let's you set a date and window at which you can choose to be home for pickup. Unfortunately the delivery company calls the night before and will tell you a time that works for them. For three weeks I was set to be home between 3 and 6pm on delivery date. The week before, the delivery company even left a voicemail confirming the time. Fast forward to 4pm the day before delivery and I get an automated message saying I need to be home between 945am and 145pm. With a family and jobs, making a change like that at the last minute is impossible.

I saw all the reviews about problems with delivery, but I had absolutely none, and they called a half an hour before to let me know they were on the way. The ladder is not the most stable, but for a tall extremely light ladder, it's pretty good.

I'm surprised there aren't a lot more negative reviews on this. I'm actually returning it because it is downright dangerous. The construction is so tinny that it bends and deforms easily. The tray at the top is a bit mangled immediately, but more importantly when you are up there working and look down you see the legs with a massive curve as the bow to the side. The bend made the 4 feet never sit level, and when you try to rock on it to get them settled it ends up walking across the floor. Very flimsy and scary ladder. I just used it for a few things around a tall garage, but I still had it in there when professional painters worked. They brought their own ladders but I imagine they tried it a few times when it was just in the right spot. I was in there with them when the job was wrapping up and mentioned the ladder and what they thought, and they acted like I was talking about a haunted house. Same opinion. This thing is super peligroso. I wanted lightweight but it needs to be stronger than this to be safe.

First of all, this ladder is great. My complaint is with Amazon and the shipping. Had I known that it would take almost a month to receive the product I would not have ordered it from Amazon. When the item was finally shipped It was delivered with the metal legs bent in and the plastic top of the ladder was completely cracked and broken off. I called Amazon immediately and told them of the problem and they said they would send a new one out and for me to send the defective one back. I asked if they would use a different shipping company and was told they only use 2 different companies in my area and it would be one of the two. I also asked if it would be possible to use FedEx or UPS. They said no. The new ladder only took about 4 days to get here and I gave the defective one to the delivery people. Now, another month later, they have drafted ANOTHER $239.44 out of my bank account and say that the defective ladder, that was shipped back by one of the only two companies that Amazon chose from, was never returned.When I ordered this ladder in July I placed the order through Amazon thinking that it would be easier to get it online and have it delivered to my house. I was completely wrong.
