This item works best when walking, running, or on the treadmill. The support is great but not too stiff. Comfortable enough to wear all day doing normal activities if you need some back support. I love the extra support of the 3 velcro straps. The item is adjustable enough to fit anyone if you choose the right size. I am 6ft 260 pounds, and the XL fits fine and will adjust to a smaller size as I lose weight. This was a Great purchase for my use, but wish it had a heavy-duty zipper instead of the hooks to limit the amount of time it takes to put on and take off.

The waist trainer arrived packaged very nicely, with a great presentation. I'm a fairly tall guy (6' 1") and 210 lbs. My torso is long so I always have a bit of an issue with the bottom of the trainers rolling up. The waist trainer works superbly. My training sessions are approx. 90+ minutes and not one time did I have to stop and pull down or reposition the waist trainer down. it stayed in place and most importantly I could feel it working to help me keep my abs contracted. The corset clips do take some time to get them all fastened, but in my opinion that is what keeps the trainer locked in helping to keep the abs engaged. The velcro straps assist in keeping the trainer in place, but compared to the many other waist trainers I've used, the big difference and improvement would be the corset clips.If you are looking for a very effective waist trainer that WILL work... you have to give this one a try. Another suggestion would be to choose your size based on your shirt size. I found that helped me too, you don't want it to fit loose.

This is my wife's Amazon account. So this review is from a man. I ordered this trainer a week ago. It fits really snug. It does what's expected as far as slimming your gut and waist down by making you sweat. It's very supportive with the sides not bending, and it's actually very comfortable. Im not too crazy about the hook loops seeing it's hard to do looking over your belly to get it hooked up.. but i improvised by hooking it together and pulling it up and over my belly. Maybe that's how your supposed to do it..? Make sure to order your size by measuring from your belly around to your back, and not the waist. I ordered a large and I should've ordered an XL. But I love that it's very tight once I get it on. And the straps make it stay put. I've ordered a lot of waist trainers. This is the one if your looking for the right trainer.

This product is the best I’ve bought so far and I’m already seeing results, you can feel it working and it has back support. Highly recommended for anyone who’s trying to slim down or get their waist shaped, this would be the product to buy. I bought mine in a medium I wish I got a small ( I swear allot, so I am losing weight instantly) I’ve already lose a few cm off my waist, it fits really well there is no pain when wearing, as I said the back support is there. Get it now perfect for working out!!!

Purchased for my husband. Had to return first one because it was too big. His waist is normally forty five inches so we got the XXL. He did not feel adequate compression. We exchanged for an XL Which fits him much better, But still he is only one latch away from closing completely. Which doesn't make sense according to the size chart. I only gave four stars because this is advertised as having steel boning when it absolutely does not. This is just a neoprene waist trainer.
