I measure myself the way they say and is wrong, try a size less of what they tell you

I’ve had issues with sizing on previous waist trainers but I just followed the guide to my measurements and my waist trainer fits perfect!! I ordered the M, I’m a 5’10 165 lbs male for reference. It’s also extremely comfortable to wear!!

The quality of the waist trainer I received was sturdy & durable. I’ve already used it 5x since receiving it and plan to continue to use it.I wore it during my workout yesterday & it definitely helped with my posture. Just a piece of rubber band, elastic to the extreme. It cannot hold your belly tight. It just get molded to the shape of your belly and there goes my fat big belly uncontained. I bought three of these products over time from different sources, none of them truly raised to the expectation , but this one is the worse of all and the most expensive too. A true waist of money. The others were much better. In fact they worked well for a short while. They just did not keep their strenght for a long timeMy advise: Stay away from this product. However, your money is yours, you do can do what you want with it.

I use it personally for posture, helps keep back straight and helps a lot with back pain for the great price. Very comfortable and easy to wear, one of the VERY FEW comfortable and comfortable ones Iv had, the silver lining on the inside will feel great and make you sweat for sure. Highly recommend

The size is very suitable, and the fabric is more comfortable than normal waistbands. It does have the effect of sweating after trying it on! Further effects need to be determined after wearing for a long time.
