Quality Foam Ball
It is a good ball to toss around inside. You can get some good distance and speed on it but won't do much damage. It is very slippery out of the box but if you get a few catch sessions in on it, it will start to wear down and that creates more grip. So the more you use it, the better it gets.

Fun to play with, but no grip!
Great soft foam football. Only downside is it has no grip to it and is “slippery” to catch. Good for smaller kids. Fun to play with!

way too slippery
Unless you have sticky fingers, don't waste your time. It does get a little grippy when wet, so maybe it will work out well if you want to play in a pool.
