Tastes Just Like The Real Thing
Excellent taste! I used the red food coloring as well, its a must for me. I made 10 pounds of Babybacks with this marinade. I challenge anyone to say this doesn't taste like its from a restaurant.

Quick and easypeasy
This product makes the best char siu ( I use it as a dry rub and mixed with water will make a great sauce to brush your meats or use as a finishing glaze. I use it for pork, chicken,ribs and char siu baoGREAT PRODUCT,GITCHA SOME!!

Missing the scoop.
One less star for missing the scoop. I checked the entire bag, also said on bag it had a scoop. But nope haha. But overall bulk and price was still worth it. I have a kitchen scale so I'm not too worried about the correct amount. But still, would of appreciated the supposed included scoop.
