This works great for what I wanted it for. I wanted my daughter to have an alarm in case of trouble, with the added bonus of a hard object to strike with as a last resort.The ONLY DOWNSIDE to this device is the cap is very hard to remove, unless you attach one of the key ring loops included.With this attached it can easily be removed like pulling the pin from a sound Grenade.All in all very satisfied with this device.

I bought 3 of these for my wife and daughters. My daughters run a lot and I wanted them to have a safety device that could help in an emergency. I think these will help, but hope they never have to use them for that reason.

Needed an extra layer of protection when I am out alone walking my dogs. Came across this when looking for an alarm. I originally was going to go with a different brand but came across this and saw it had a seat belt cutter and window breaker as well as the alarm which I figured would be useful. The main issue I have is you can not access the window breaker without setting off the alarm. I guess if you’re in an emergency that requires you to break a window you may want the alarm but idk. Also it’s a little big and I wish it was more incognito it’s bigger than my knife because of that I am going to get another alarm for my key chain and keep this one in my car door as it is still very useful. I think it’s a great device the things I dislike are mostly preference. Also could be me but there’s a giant button like thing in the middle and I have no idea if it’s just for design or has a purpose?

Bought for grandaughter cause I'm so worried about her in this awful cold hearted world we live in that's full of crime. We tested it and it gets louder & louder. She said she likes it a lot. In this world there's no such thing as safe but for a girl having this is better than nothing.

I'm sure this works great. Thankfully I haven't needed it yet, so I'm not sure. I lowered the rating because I wasn't expecting the alarm to be activated by removing the cap on the glass breaker. I suppose it's a smart function because if you're needing to break glass in an emergency, having an alarm alert others to your location could be helpful. I was initially concerned that a loud alarm in the midst of an already stressful situation would add confusion due to sensory overload, but I could be wrong. Hopefully I'll never have to test that theory. :)All that being said, I'm glad I bought this tool. I feel better prepared for emergencies.

Realy great tool for self defense or for scaring off a would be attacker. The sound this puts out is extremely loud and high pitch, i literally can only stand to have it beeping for a second before I have to close it to turn it off. I like the car seat belt cutter and the dole but very pointy glass breaker.The only thing I would do differently in terms of design would be to add finger inserts like brass knuckles to get a nice firm grip of the handle.Great product overall!
