To day morning i received the product and after open the box we are happy to see the quality and looks of the product, the looks of the product is much batter than as in picture,1- it enhance the looks of my kitchen.2- three burner option is very good it also save the time.3- it provide 1 year warranty4- its ISI certified5- The glass quality is very good, tough, strong and beauty-full6- The beast part i like this is its auto ignite without using the lighter.7- Its totally value for money product i am satisfied with this product.

PLEASE DON'T BUY THIS!! you can get branded stove in this range go for that. I didn't a mistake by purchasing this stove. Knobs are not working properly even the gas is leaking under the stove, one can see some flames. Tried contacting the seller, Worst customer service, tried reaching the seller called him multiple times and now he blocked my number.You can purchase it if you're willing to spend extra on its repair

Getting black fumes after month of use
I am irritated due to helicon and Amazon customer responses.Amazon asked me to contact brand for warranty claimI did but no response from brand so later Amazon raised return and refund request.Now story started pick up guy refused return stating that refund raised for unused and asked me to raise again. So I again contacted and its many times to Amazon. They raised request which is still showing return started.But now today amazon when I call them for follow up they informed me return will not happen as they investigate on this matter.So now concluding warranty for this product is useless.Neither brand responded nor the Amazon gv any solution.
