I bought this nails drill on March and I used few times (4 times maximum) and now he stop working and we are in April .I try to contact the seller but I don't find any email or something. The seller was writing for me an email and everything was sorted out , he send me in 2 days a replacement and everything is ok now. I happy with the support of the seller and for the service. However, my experience with this product has been extremely disappointing, as the nail drill stopped working after only a few uses, leaving me frustrated and dissatisfied.First and foremost, I want to highlight that I have not even used the nail drill more than three times since I received it. Despite following the instructions carefully and ensuring proper handling and maintenance, the device simply ceased to function. This unexpected malfunction has left me questioning the quality and durability of the MELODYSUSIE Scarlet Nail Drill.Considering the price point and the brand's reputation, I had expected a reliable and long-lasting product. Unfortunately, this was not the case. It is disheartening to invest in a beauty tool with the intention of enhancing my self-care routine, only to be met with such a disappointing outcome.The premature failure of the MELODYSUSIE Scarlet Nail Drill not only wasted my hard-earned money but also impacted my trust in the brand. I firmly believe that a product should be able to withstand regular usage for a reasonable period of time, especially when it comes to electric devices like this nail drill.I urge MELODYSUSIE to address this issue promptly and provide a solution for their customers who have experienced similar problems. It is essential for the brand to stand by the quality of their products and offer reliable customer support.In conclusion, I cannot recommend the MELODYSUSIE Scarlet Nail Drill based on my personal experience. Very pleased with the drill! I did a bit of YT review research and came across this drill. Seen a reviews here too and decided to give it a go, worst comes worst I can always return it. Used today for the first time after having a great build up of all sort of on my nails haha. Lockdown got me, so been doing my nails at home but my previous drill gave up within first few minutes of the first use! Unfortunately I've digged that one after like 2 years (unused) from under 'inch of dust' 😂 so no way to return. Like I said having no drill and being sceptical at first to buy another one, my nails had layers of gel, acrylic powder, polish, whatever really, being using just a hand nail file to file it down, which took ages as you can imagine so always left it much thicker than I would do having a proper drill. Again this drill called Scarlet gone thru everything with me today with no shame! Very pleased with the purchase, the head or pen or however you wish to call it is made by metal, which I found very important compare some on the market made by cheap plastics. It's quiet for a drill, doesn't jump out of my hand even on the highest speed it's very stabile and easy to manage. I am kind of beginner, but quick learner, I like to craft or do the things for myself based on watching tons of YT videos (microblading brows,tattoos on skin, bleaching hair etc..), and at least for me this drill was sooooo easy to use with a lil general YT el.drill education 😉 Highly recommend !!! Hopefully this drill will last me a while since I am super happy and it's a real game changer for making nails at home 💝

I bought this in January 2023. It was great value and worked really well but the motor gave out after 10 months. After reporting this to customer service with a video of the fault, they were incredibly easy to work with and quickly organised a replacement at no cost that's due this week.

I absolutely love this saves me so much time and energy but most of all it's PINK! it's so versatile, great value for money great power with added attachments!

I already posted review on another product which I used with this to treat my nail fungus I have been dealing with for about 12 years.I only used the biggest roll with those roll files (I use them only once because of the nail condition) and it works great.Runs quietly, is EXTREMELY efficient usually used only at maximum of 10000 RPM but makes a quick work of filing the nails down instead of those pre-packed medical tiny files which are too small and cannot be used usually on the whole nail as it can be bend, close to skin etc.Absolutely great. Had no problems with setting everything up the first time, really really handy. If you are a guy like me this might help you (and you lady might use it as well if she wants (mine does not)).5/5

Really loved this product, I’ve had it before with no issues. Unfortunately the one I just bought was working great at the start but suddenly stopped working after I had it for only about two weeks. Really disappointed but I think it was just an unfortunate manufacturing issue. The product itself is fabulous and I would recommend. Very high and fast speeds and so easy to use. The cable is quite long so convenient for when I’m working with clients on a long table. I really love how the drill had little holes for bits to fit into while working so they’re all just there for you to use. Fabulous drill all in all but be weary as it might stop working on you with no warning. Really upset that I only used it for two weeks or so in my case.

This product worked perfectly and did a good job with my acrylic nails. Unfortunately the handpiece drill randomly stopped working a few days ago. The seller was quick to contact me and try and help as much as she could. She offered me a full refund for the product as we couldn't manage to fix it.5* customer service and would purchase from them again!

Bought in 2020 for personal use. It's in excellent condition to this day. The hand piece stopped working. Seems to be a wire issue itll start up as i move the cord around. I keep it in its original box. It's never been dropped. I've used it mayb twice a month for the first year. I left it in the box as i took my acrylics off for 1 year to let my nails heal from damage from having acrylics on for so long. I've used it twice in the past month. Now its not working. For as many times as I've used this, it should definitely still be working. Buying a replacement on the website, in usd $, plus shipping cost, would be more than the entire price of the machine here. Super disappointed.

If you're anything like me then you are comparing and contrasting every single drill on Amazon and reading every review right now. You want the best for your money. I originally bought the pink drill from Melody Susie and I loved that one so much that I also wanted to buy this one since the RPMs were higher. I love this drill. But keep in mind it needs to be set on a table and the spiral cord is attached to it. With the pink drill that I have I can literally take it anywhere with me... I can even do my nails on my bed with my dust collector. I would not be able to do that with this drill. Yes I do think this drill is a tad bit stronger. So if you're going to do multiple people a week you might want this one but otherwise you could probably go with the pink melody Susie if you wanted to save money. Just make sure you have good bits. I also bought my bits from Melody Susie and I have not been disappointed. I bought the gold ones. The drill handle itself is not as comfortable to hold as the pink one. Probably because the pink one is more lightweight but this is still easy to use and still comfortable to hold... just not as comfortable as the pink which is smaller.I know you're reading reviews from people that say it died on them or it didn't work... And that kept me from buying this. I have not had a problem with either of my drills. And I will tell you that Melody Susie has the greatest customer service ever. I bought a couple sets of bits from them and the one set I bought were not fitting correctly in the pink drill. They completely took care of me and the situation. That's actually when I decided to buy this second drill because their customer service is amazing and I do feel like they will back their products and take care of you. I was so scared by people saying these died on them by the third time or it stopped working after a month. I literally went through every drill on Amazon and read every single review. I even did some outside research on YouTube and other channels. So not only did I love my first drill but I loved it so much and trust this company now to buy a second one. This one. I'm mean I hope that let's say 6 months down the road if there's a problem with the drill that Melody Suzie would try and help me. You never really know. I would just register your product with them online or if yours comes with a warranty postcard (You know, those little tiny pieces of paper that we're supposed to mail back but we never do. I even think I threw mine away.) All I can say is they actually went beyond what I was expecting when they helped me with the bits I didn't like.I can't promise you they would do the same with the drills but all I can tell you is both of my drills are working amazing. I have used them every single day for probably 3 hours a day on and off. I am quarantined so I have nothing better to do than to practice nails. Looking back I wasted a lot of my time reading every review and trying to hopefully get something that worked (and wasn't terrible like a Walmart nail drill). It's always those five bad reviews that scare the crap out of you. And again I want to make sure that I say you have to have good bits. I do not use the bits that come with the product. I did it first and they got the job done but I don't think they're good. Get another set of bits from Melody Susie All of them I think are under 15 or 20 bucks and they will last you a long time. They have ceramic and titanium I think. If either of my drills have an issue or something happens you can trust that I would come back here and update my review. Right now I am telling you that you can stop reading all the reviews and just get this drill (or the pink one if you want). And if you're reading this later down the line and I haven't updated this, then they are still working great.
