Very nice to be able to easily replace the probes!
The probes ate used when we are grilling or smoking various meats. The thermometer is very accurate and the probes eventually wear out after a few years of heavy use.

Just ok
The plug pin is way too long so part of it sticks out from the thermometer. Because of this, the probe is not held in snug. Accuracy seems to be good but if it won't stay in the thermometer, what is the point of using it?
