Good quality good value for money

This is a lovely little oven air fryer. I used it straight after it was delivered to find what it was like. I found it very easy to use and it cooked beautifully, no problems there.Two very small niggles, one is that I had to press the on button several times before it started, I had this same problem but a little worse with the last one which went back because it was so frustration trying to start it. The second niggle is that the tray that I had the food on would not stay in it's holding track, i/e/ the tray was a bit narrower that it should be. Small niggles but I will stick with this lovely little oven and sort out the trays by making them slightly wider. Overall I am pleased with this air fryer oven. Note, the trays are annoying, they keep falling off their holding bracket. This is a bad design, it will probably have to go back. I am going to persevere but not for too long. I have got a bad one, it is going back.

Its quite easy to use and cooks chips brilliantly. Its easy to clean. i would recommend this product to anyone.

Great product at a good price

I absolutely loved this air fryer, I used it every day for the 7 weeks and 6 days that it worked! To my dismay, it died on me last Sunday, it just shorted out and won't turn back on! I've changed the fuse, but no luck. Unable to return it as it's been more than 30 days (even though it's faulty!). As per the terms of sale, I have to go through the manufacturer to see if I can get it mended or replaced, but to date, I've had no response. I feel a bit robbed to be honest!☆Breakdown☆5☆ Fantastic machine, easy to use and to clean.5☆ It crisps up food to perfection and in no time at all!5☆ The front loading hatch is way more convenient than the other kind of air fryers.4☆ Although it's bulky, its cubic shape means it fits in nicely on the kitchen worktop.1☆ Unfortunately, it's clearly not robust enough for regular use, definitely not worth the money I paid for such a short time (I'd have understood if I'd given it heavy use for a year!)1☆ Very very short returns window1☆ No seller guarantee, just straight to the manufacturer for help with faults! Great!My overall 1 star rating represents my disappointment.This is genuinely a really good product, before it broke, I recommended it to anyone who'd listen! I would certainly not buy this brand again, but I will be buying a different make in the same style.

Initial product delivered was faulty, 2 or 3 days later a brains spanking new replacement turned up, no hassle, no arguments. Item is fantastic and the seller is incredible. I could not recommend highly enough, buy with complete confidence 👍
