Great product!
This laptop is great! The size is perfect and it works very well for the price! I was skeptical when I ordered it but very glad I did! Was easy to setup and easy to use!

Stopped charging after a couple of weeks.
Overall it was working just fine and did what I needed. Then suddenly it stopped charging. I’ve tried different chargers with the same voltage and amps, still nothing.

Good laptop
For the price I paid, its a 5 star machine. It works great for basic home and school tasks,breezes through all apps without issue.It is lightweight and it is so easy for me to carry it in one hand ,It has a long battery life and is an excellent choice to send it with your teenager to school,The only downside is that it has no touch screen,

Great Buy
We just got our laptop yesterday and so far so good! Easy setup and works great for my little sister’s virtual schooling. She uses goggle classroom and we haven’t had any issues. It’s a netbook so it’s the perfect size for a little girl. My sister is 7 and I can see her having it for years to come. The only issue I experienced thus far was trying to setup a user account. It came with an admin account already setup with no password required to use the computer but there is a password needed to edit or add an additional user account. Any suggestions?

Great experience all around from delivery to startup
First, I loved that it was in mint condition and very well packaged. Second, I had no problems starting it up and adding things to get it ready for my 8 year old. Very light weight and thin, so hopefully it'll last we all know how kids are. But for the price so far I cant complain. The screen is fine easy to navigate and see everything. Def glad I took the chance and bought it and the color is gorgeous 😍 an came with everything even a little flash light thing for a key chain wasnt expecting that.

It’s a really cute laptop but the microphone doesn’t get loud enough and it’s not great for google classroom

poor quality
After less than a year of using this, it will not turn on. I have tried to contact the seller several times & they will not message me back. Do not buy! Not worth the money

Horrible!!!!!
There’s a defect with it that makes the left side of keyboard lift! It didn’t happen right away but it happened. Very well taken care of and this still happened, I can’t get ahold of seller to help and Amazon won’t help! So it was a waste of money!!!!! Don’t buy it!!!!!
