After reading rhe bad reviews on this mat I thought I would leave one of my own. Came in good time, was rolled up but settles a lot After being down 48hrs, looks very nice and quality very good for the price of £80 for a large mat.

We bought the 230x300, certainly value for money £80 and does the job especially when I know my kids will spill all sorts all over it.Colour goes with the theme in our living room.I would recommend if you have kids and want something to just have your feet on.

I am writing to provide feedback and seek assistance regarding an order I placed for a Viceroy Rug with a modern design in Black, Grey, and Charcoal. I ordered the rug in the size of 200cm x 290cm (6.6ft x 9.5ft); however, the rug that arrived was 200cm x 270cm, which is 20cm shorter than expected. This discrepancy has been quite disappointing, as the rug does not fit the intended space properly.I previously sent an email to address this issue but have not received a response. As a result, I am currently stuck with a rug that is too short and have had to make do with it. I would of appreciated it if this issue could have been sorted as it has been quite an inconvenience.Additionally, I would like to mention that while the rug has a lovely design and soft touch, I found it to be rather lightweight. For the price paid, I was expecting a bit more quality and weight in the rug. I hope this feedback is helpful for any future improvements.Also if you get this rug make sure to purchase an anti slip for underneath as on hard flooring its incredibly slippery. It's easy to clean and the colour is good so dirt isn't too noticeable.I personally wouldn't buy this again and if you are thinking of purchasing a rug from this company, then I suggest emailing them to double-check they send the correct size rug.

Absolutely shocking! NOT what was shown in my order picture! NOT the same colours and patterns! I order 2 one 4ft x 6ft and one 7.9ft x 11.2ft. They both look absolutely thin and cheap. I have to pay myself to send them back of which has been a total nightmare to sort out as you can’t send them back via Amazon return hubs. This is false advertising so stay well clear from this company! They don’t even respond to you! Take your money for cheap rubbish. My door mat is better quality than this cheap tack! This seller should NOT be allowed to sell via Amazon or anywhere else ever again!

I'm pleased with my rug it's good value for money . I have to say I was put off by the negative bad reviews people had written and almost cancelled the rug. I'm glad I didn't . I measured the rug for size and it was the size I had ordered as some people had said the rug came up short. It was folded in half for transport and did have creases when first layed flat. but the creases soon drop out .it is not the thickest of rugs but still nice and looks good in my lounge. I'm a happy customer.
