No. The side pockets are not very wide/deep.

it doesn't fin my MSI GT73VR titan (16.85 x 1.76 x 12.36 in) Probably it won't fit yours

Q: Anybody how to remove the entity 27 waist belt?

Waist strap is held in place in the concealable storage area, simply break away the velcro to break the hold/tension between the bag and strap. Simply slide out the strap to remove entirely.

Q: Can this fit a body armor panel and a laptop?

Not sure...but I will tell you that the laptop pocket in the rear holds a standard 15 inch laptop, 2 iPads with cases, 1 Kindle, and 1 small notebook without a problem. So not sure how thick the panel is but maybe my use can give perspective. But I don’t carry anything in the CCW area.
