This is a great little machine it’s well made, it does make a little bit of noise but no more than expected, it has various set programs or just set the power and time for yourself.It does have a weight limit for the board so be mindful of that.It has some different exercise positions that you can use for various different effects. It does feel strange to start with but you get used to it. But also remember to check online for how long you can use it for as I think there is a max amount of time per day for health reasons.All in all I’m glad I bought this one.

This is a great exercise plate to help with Circulation and Aching Body! It's similar to the power plate. It's great whilst watching TV and working different areas of the body i.e. your able to plank, squat, stand with dumb bells etc and also after a workout; this machine helps with massaging the body to reduce aches and pains. It's a good way to feel lighter and my Mum also brought this and she is 58; it makes her feel less lethargic and really is a great piece of equipment, easy to tuck away and helps to feel like you're giving back to your body. A friend of mine experienced toning and sculpting from regular use, too.

First signs appear good
Not had it long, but as with everything from Amazon you get pestered for a review from the minute it comes in your door.A very simple to set up and use item that so far shows good signs. It can be a bit hectic on the pre set programs if you are not used to these machines so I would recommend starting it off on a manual setting at first to see how you get on.The one annoyance is the random message you get everytime you turn on that is in a foreign language that I cannot turn off, if it was in English I wouldn't be as bothered as I would be able to understand it.

Excellent Machine - Highly recommended.
This is a well made, good looking machine that has a remote control (you'll need your own two AAA batteries) and a good little manual detailing the ten 15 minute preset programs - or you can do your own thing with the remote. It's also very quiet - but you do need to detach the two side ropes if you're not using them or they will rattle a bit - 'though you certainly don't need them. Definitely a five stars product.
