Love everything about this salt from the packaging, taste, quality, and quantity. Keeps well in its own zip seal package and arrives in a small box. Taste is assertive-it is salt after all. This is not a “mild” salt. Perfect for the finishing touch on a meal or baked goods. Stands up well on its own or gently crush if you want smaller particles. Can easily be crushed finely for use in baking. Salt measures out to be one dry cup worth and should last a long time.
