Before I bought a new laptop battery, I had to keep my laptop plugged in at all times. I contacted support for my MSI GS65 and they said I had to find somewhere else to replace the battery. I found this battery and the installation was simple, it's affordable, everything fit like a glove and most importantly, my laptop now works without being plugged in and it holds the charge. Overall I am satisfied with my purchase.

This battery seemed to work well when I first received it. But after unplugging my laptop two months later, the battery was completely dead and wouldn't hold a charge.

The original battery on our MSI laptop stopped holding charge and started to expand. Repair with a local shop would have been costly. Was able to do it myself with a small screwdriver and the purchase of this battery. Saved money and the laptop is working great again! Even included a short booklet with tips about charging, battery performance, and troubleshooting instructions I didn’t know. Very helpful and informative. Good purchase!

Bought this battery to replace my swollen oem battery on my MSI GS65. Worked fabulously for a month and then my laptop’s charging light started to continuously flash, which indicates an error. It still worked so I ignored it.I took it for a business trip and noticed the laptop bulging slightly after taking my luggage off the plane and the ran the battery from 100% to 0% for work.Plugged it in and while it was charging in the middle of the night, I heard a loud POP come out of the laptop and now the battery is completely dead. 0% charge and instantly turns off when I pull the power.Very disappointed. Swelled up and died inside of 3 months. Original battery lasted 5 years.

Main cable doesn't fit correctly into the casing but otherwise it's good so far.

The battery is working fine and as expected. Great Product, nice packaging, installation was a breeze. Hopefully this will also last a very long time.

After 7d, one of the battery cells broke down (see screenshot), then 7d after the second cell broke down and now the battery no longer holds the chargeJanuary 5th update: they sent me a replacement battery in October which worked until.... Today! As of today, the battery holds no charge again (laptop shuts down when I unplug). This has been a consistent behavior with these batteries apparently. Just don't bother buying.

After trying two other battery manufacturers, this one fit my laptop perfectly.
