Bon Appetit Dulce De Leche Mini Donuts, 4.5 Ounce, (pack of 12)

I love dulce de leche---that caramel early taste followed by a little coffee note---that really rings my bell. Love it in yogurt, pudding, etc. Tried these---and they are not bad at all. Very sweet, very soft---and with a taste that is more maply than caramel---however, a few minutes after eating, you still taste that coffee note. Surprising and delightful. One other thing---and I don't want to get anybody in trouble. The package was delivered a day late (that was on Amazon, I think)---but that was ok-- because I got 16 packages, not 12, which is what I bought. 8 donuts in each package. Not bad. Don't know whether it'll happen again, but I'm a happy guy.

Came across these bad boys at a gas station a couple hours away and thought they looked interesting. Needless to say after trying one scrumptious bite, I was on Amazon looking for them, as I have never seen them anywhere nearby my home. PERFECT WITH COFFEE. Usually these style of cakey snack donuts are kind of firm and dry, but these are SO SOFT and the icing is different than any other snack donut I have tried. I will say, the ones from Amazon were a bit compacted together in comparison to the ones at the gas station, but they still tasted as good!

The doughnuts themselves are fine, but the pictures and descriptions say there are 8 doughnuts in each package and there is really only 6. That is 25% less than advertised. When I got them for my class I had figured on the 8 per package so I really came up short with only 6 in the package! A lot of false advertising going on!

I love the flavor but was less than impressed with the condition. This was Not due to Amazon packaging but with the company's.
