The plug is is hard to get apart to charge

Everyone keeps writing on the reviews about packaging, and damaged product, and not being able to return it. Here's my review this product was accidentally purchased by my son, although I was looking into buying a battery this one was not the correct one, not the sellers fault, but my own fault. I contacted the seller, they where really nice and allowed me to return the product and gave me a full refund, not to mention the packaging and battery inside was intact with a foam all around it giving no space for wiggle room inside. I appreciate the sellers kindness. And for those who get a damaged package, return to the carrier without opening it, just refuse the package, it's not the sellers fault its the carrier handling the parcel.

We bought this as a replacement for a PowerWheels Cub Cadet tractor. It works great. It made our 5 year old and soon to be 4 year old very happy.

Strap was was larger than the original one wound not fit without modification to toy

Was some complications on delivery but it finally arrived. Seller stayed in contact with me the whole time. Very interactive with me and timely responses.Battery works great. Would buy another one if I needed it

Battery works as intended

We received this product and put it in the power wheels. It worked for one charge and now will not work. It will run the Power Wheel for about 3 minutes and then go dead. Since the item is non returnable, our kids aren’t very happy. Save your money and buy one that won’t disappoint your kids.

Battery and charger arrived separately but I’m working conditions. I am happy.
