PHI VILLA Outdoor Pop up Canopy 10'x10' Tent Camping Sun Shelter-Series Party Tent, 100 Sq. Ft of Shade (Blue)

I had my canopy setup outside in windy conditions with weights on the legs for a couple of weeks when I noticed one side of the cover was hanging downward. Upon inspection I found one of the folding arms had broken apart at a pivot point and another arm was bent. Unknown if the winds developed sufficient strength to cause the damage as described. I contacted PHI VILLA via email with attached photos of the damaged arm. Within a short period of time they sent me a new replacement canopy under warranty. I setup the new canopy for a couple of weeks and I did not see any type of problems with the varying wind conditions as before. I would defintiely recommend this product especially after the fast resolution I received in handling my problem with the original canopy.

I have purchased at least 5 different canopies over the past few years for outdoor family get togethers. Usually they only last a season or 2, and are a nightmare to get Set up..once again in the market for a new one, I decided to try something totally different, and after a little bit of research, I Ultimately decided on this oneBecause of the easy set up claim it promises!!First, the canopy cover construction is top notch!! The cover is among the thickest and sturdiest I've seen.. Frame construction is pretty interesting , not like any I’ve seen before.. durable and strong.Most importantly, Setup and takedown is an absolute breeze and is by far the easiest I've ever owned The paddle-type locks for legs and canopy lock are top-notch and are simple to use.Many previous canopy levers required a weightlifter's strength to press, or worse, didn't exist at all takedown levers almost feel as if they are greased, and the entire assembly easily collapses with minimal effort.Price is a bit on the higher side, but since I set up and take down this canopy weekly, the price is well worth it for the ease of assembly.!!Highly Recommended. Will definitely be buying more of these in the future!

I recently purchased it, and it has been an outstanding addition to our outdoor activities. The setup was incredibly straightforward, taking just a few minutes with the clear instructions provided. I like the way it looks. The green color matches the leaves and grass in in my backyard. 5he c one thing I did'nt like is that it does'nt come with anything to weight the corners down and keep it from blowing away.

Purchased this product back on March 2. I didn’t need to put it to use right away so it sat in the carry bag for a month before I actually set it up for the first time. Setup was easy, but I notice the top of the canopy didn’t have a vent to allow water to weep through in the event of rain. So I hoped for the best and assumed that something this large, and appearing to be as sturdy as it did, should be fine. Within hours of setting it up, it began to rain. I immediately went into my house, thinking I would simply collapse and store it once the rain stopped. A few hours later I went outside and discovered that most of the structure had buckled under the weight of the water. At least, that’s the only thing I can think would have caused what I found. All of the cross bars were bent and many leaning with the rivets almost breaking through at certain sections. This thing is a piece of junk.I immediately returned to my original Amazon order to start a return, only to find that I was 2 days beyond the allowable return timeframe. I have no idea how to reach the seller, but I will be lodging a complaint with Amazon to see what they can do on my behalf, to intervene. I’m out over $100.00 at this point and I’m beyond disappointed with this product and the return policy. See all the pictures I provided. Despite all of the bent cross members, I was able to restore the structure back to it’s original state and collapse and place it back into the carry bag.This thing is built with metal the strength of tin. God awful product. Easy to set up, but won’t last long. Buyer beware.

Used the pop tent this weekend and it worked great. Kept us shaded all day on the ball field

I actually got this as a beach tent and to that end, it includes stakes for the ground and rope for keeping the cover on the tent itself. If in the off chance I want to use it anywhere else, it also includes sandbags with velcro to attach it to the tent poles for hard surfaces. The tarp on the back and the tarp that's for the roof felt sturdy enough for me and they both fit comfortably in their respective places and includes several plastic clips and nylon straps for securing it to the frame . There's a nylon case for it with a hard plastic base and wheels to make wheeling it around pretty easy, and the case fits the frame and all the included accessories with room to spare, which is great, because then you don't have to fudge with it for 20 hours trying to fit everything in the case. You just fold it up and push it in with little resistance. If I had any gripe with it, it's that the setup and breakdown isn't the one-pull design like others, so setup isn't as convenient as it could be, but it raises my confidence that the tent won't randomly collapse on me while I'm under it. Overall, very satisfied and a solid option.

I purchased this to use for shade when I’m working on projects, wood working, painting projects. I could not open the canopy open so I teied two legs to my camper to give some leverage - nope. I could not get it to open. I think I will try a smaller tent
