Serta Comfort Cool Memory Foam Mattress Topper, 1.5 Inch, King

Very comfortable and firm. Does not sag!

Already annoyed. This was specially discounted for early deals Prime member access. Since then, the price has dropped significantly. By at least $10.Also, I was hoping for a foam topper that is as firm/soft as my dog’s $25 foam bed that fits in a dog crate (purchased from Homegoods). Yes, I slept on my dogs bed on top of my mattress and it was amazing. But, this topper is much softer. There is no support for my 120lb butt… it sinks through. Arms, legs, and head do not.It’s been an hour and it’s full expanded. Slight chemical smell. Will give it a full 24hrs-48hrs to air out as recommended. Then test it out with the new cooling mattress pad I bought.Will update once I sleep on it.Update: with my new padded mattress cover (100% cotton), this is enough support. I want to note that I put this on top of a too firm foam mattress. I also bought new sheets (650 thread count 100% Supima cotton), and I am not near as hot as I was before, which was a huge concern of mine with this purchase.

Thus topper arrived well-packed including a fabric cover. It expanded to full size within 10 minutes after I unrolled it, and had a barely-discernible odor. I left it laid out on the floor for about 4 hours, after which the odor was gone. I put it in the bed the same night it arrived. It’s very comfortable, just soft enough to fix my too-firm mattress, and has good support. I’m sleeping better, and my chronic back pain is significantly improved.I have previously had a 2-inch topper of another brand. I like this 1.5-inch topper better, since you don’t sink quite so far into it but it feels just as soft. I recommend this for anyone suffering back pain from a too-firm mattress.

I swear this Serta 2” memory foam is a lifesaver! My boyfriend has back problems and has stage 4 cancer so I purchased this for his bed. When I tell you guys it’s made a big difference in his sleeping. He absolutely loves it and I am so glad I purchased it for him! Buy it! I promise you will love 💕 it!

I have a Serta cool touch mattress, which I love for the coolness but it came in a medium firm. Because of chronic back and hip issues, I need a bit more softness. The softness is there but man is it hot. I spend half the night moving to another spot, so I'm not getting the rest. No, I'm not overweight, Ok fine maybe 10 lbs but not enough to make that an issue. I sent it back but I'd probably throw my back out trying to get rolled back up and packaged. I guess someone else will get it.

This foam topper opened up easily and quickly. I had a 3" memory foam on my very firm mattress because years ago the firmness of the mattress was beginning to cause my hip bones to ache, but as time went on the thick softness made it difficult for me to move around. This thinner foam immediately gave me support without being so softly dense. I am able to move easily with support that is also soft on my joints. Perfect!

After leaving the mattress alone for 72 hours on top of my Cal King the mattress only opened up to a full size I ordered a California king size.

Doesn’t do much. If I bought again I would go thicker than1.5 inches.

Really like this memory foam topper, it makes such a huge difference! Size as described, very good price for what you get. So comfortable to sleep on and certainly has a cooling effect, perfect for what we need. Will definitely recommend.

I was really looking forward to using this. Serta is supposed to be a trusted brand.After leaving it out to air, it appears that there is not much point of airing after all. This is a cheap piece of foam. The picture of leaving a palm imprint in the foam is a lie. It bounces immediately with no trace of "memory".I am so glad I tried this topper before I made a purchase for a proper Serta mattress. The topper is just a stop-gap measure before I get a new bed when moving house next year. If this is their integrity and quality, I rather give it a miss entirely.

After using memory foam mattresses and toppers for years now, I was as surprised as I was disappointed to receive this and discover it is not memory foam. In fact it has zero memory foam qualities and it just a basic piece of foam. Trying the hand imprint test, the whole section around my hand pushes down and then immediately springs straight back up when the pressure is removed. No imprint left whatsoever. I’m as disappointed as I feel ripped off.
