The Nice - Swivel Recliner Chair And Matching Footstool In Ivory Genuine Leather

Chair arrived on time and in good condition. After checking all the parts against the check sheet. I assembled the chair and footstool. Even though assembly instructions were a little limited. It took me around 40 minutes. I have to say it was worth paying a premium for the chair, as it is so much more comfortable than our previous fabric covered chairs. Will definitely be ordering a second one when funds allow. Would definitely recommend this model.

I ordered 2 of these chairs, they were delivered quickly, started to put them together the next day and found it easy enough until it came to attaching the chair back onto the arm. One side went in ok but the other side just wouldn't go! tried the same screws in the other chair back and they were perfect. Turns out the chair back had a fault so the screw was never going to go in far enough.Phoned customer service and spoke to Dominic who was very helpful, told me to take a couple of photo's and email it to them for the manufacturer, did that the same day and within a few days received a new chair back and it all fits together perfectly.Give 5 stars for everything apart from getting those arms attached lol, they are the most difficult part to attach.Fantastic product, fantastic customer service, absolutely love my chairs, they are SO very comfortable and look great.

found a small cut in leather back of the seat seems very thin leather there but seems thicker leather on main parts of the chair decided not to return as too much trouble and cut is not visible but overall I am pleased with this purchase easy assembly and very comfortable

This chair was a little difficult to assemble by myself - another pair of hands would have made it very easy!I find it so comfortable, that i regularly have a nap when I am sitting reading!It is important, as instructed, to check the bolts are still tight every 6 months or so.Great value and I am really pleased with my purchase.

Very comfortable to sit on but very high and doesn’t recline very much. Feet hardly touch the floor when sitting straight. Wouldn’t buy again. Needed professional help to put together.

Had difficulty with supplier to send this item back because colour was nothing like photograph or expected . Thankfully Amazon customer services attended to my problem very quickly and all was resolved
