Works well
It works if you use it right. I got this to use in a project I am building. I need am experimenting with overclocking CPU; GPU and running them well over their ratings so I need major cooling. I am using a set Thermoelectric cooling devices and one side gets very hot. A normal heat sink does not work; not even with a fan. So I opted for water cooling. I glued the thermoelectric cooler(s) to this with thermal paste then run ice water through this and it works. I actually have a little pump and a bucket of ice and water for cooling. I suppose you could also use a radiator with a fan but there thermoelectric things get really hot and I opted for ice. When the ice melts I dump out the water and put in new ice.Note: my project requires active supervision so replacing the ice is no big deal. You need to pick the solution to fit your needs.

Good heatsink
It's a good quality aluminum block, and since I have been using it to cool my phone and other gadgets with it, I've been able to, with a pump and a 80 mm fan, keep my phone from ever throttling. Now, when I got it, it was in perfect condition. My only real gripe is that parts of it aren't perfectly smooth, and some edges of the block can be rather sharp. Other than that, great product.

Works well and great price. The surface needed to be sanded down as it was a little rough. I would pay a few more $ for a version with a polished surface.

Good Machining This Time
Good machining on these - I ordered two. I was hesitant to order anything from LENX again after receiving poorly machined copper water blocks from this manufacturer, but these units are fine. Well machines and tight tolerances. Flow appears to be fairly uniform when the water block is viewed with FLIR.

That was a terrible idea it melted as the heat build up was ...
I bought two for a cooling system. It worked well until I used the second one. That one had a leak. I thought it might have been related to the tubing so I used some clamps on it, that didn't work. On inspection I found the leaks were around the nipple of the device, seems it did not connect properly. In my haste to test my system, I used a 110 Welding plant to correct it. That was a terrible idea it melted as the heat build up was too much although I had fixed the first nipple. Now I will have to reorder the second batch and hope it doesn't have a leak. These things should be tested. The other one is working fine thus far

Works great
I've used this as a heater and cooler along with some copper tubes and peltier circuits. It works as expected. After adding thermal paste to the surface and applying the peltiers, there was great adhesion and fantastic thermal transference.
