Easy to apply and goes a long way
This sealer does a great job. Easy to apply and dried in a reasonable amount of time. Not sure yet about how long it will last as of yet.

Great for White Concrete!
I don't often leave reviews, but because I went through so awfully much trouble trying to find a sealer for my white micro-cement projects that I hope this review would assist people with their search. I had both my shower and kitchen countertop in white micro-cement and would like to find a non-toxic sealer that does not alter the texture or color of the micro-cement. I first used Eco-Tuft but the sealer turned yellow and I had to chemically stripped the sealer from my shower (worst experience ever and I don't want anyone to have to go through that). I went ahead and tried Tuff Duck on my countertop first and it was amazing! It remained white! At first I didn't want any sheen, but Tuff Duck leaves a satin sheen finish that I rather liked. I coated five thin layers, but sometime if I left water on the surface too long, it would leave a mark, the watermark did disappear after it dried.Feeling safe with the sealer not turning yellow, I applied it to my micro-cement shower, and it worked! But I also don't want to be misleading, I sealed my shower with a penetrating sealer Eagle Natural Sealer first in multiple coats, before apply several coats of Tuff Duck. That completely blocked any water from penetrating, yes I checked everyday. The sealer surface was not slick, so my shower floor was not slippery at all. There might be a better way to do this, with different and more complicated and probably better sealers, but in my limited trial-and-error experience, this worked for my projects.I would say I would use this sealer for all my projects if I could. Simple to use and non-toxic, little smell, great price point. I also cannot speak to longevity, yet. However, one thing that Tuff Duck can improve on is the cap and bottle sealer, both of my bottles leaked in transit, one of them had to be returned because 1/4 of it leaked. And maybe have bottles of larger quantity?

Perfect sealer for my concrete table!
Super happy with this product! I was skeptical because it was significantly cheaper than any other products I looked into, but it worked just as advertised. I used it to seal my concrete table which is roughly 16 square feet. I used the "alternate" applications method based on all these reviwes it seemed like the best option, I'm glad I did! It was super easy to apply. I used a mini foam roller from home depot to apply the sealer and that worked really well. I did a total of 4 coats, waiting 30 minutes between each coat, and ended up used up about 40% of the bottle. Dedicate an afternoon to sealing because it's not something you can start and then stop halfway through. It does darken the look of your concrete slightly with each application, I love the way the finished product looks when its dry. The perfect amount of sheen without being shiny! The only reason this product lost one star for me is because while it is 100% water proof, my laptop has a wonky screw on the bottom and when I dragged it across the table it did scrape off some of the sealer. I applied a wax finish after this happened which did the trick, now if anything scratches that I can just re-apply and buffer! I am not too made though because most surfaces will scratch if you drag something sharp and heavy. across it!This review was written 1 1/2 months after I sealed my table with this sealer, I will update if there are any changes!

Tuff Duck is Totally Awesome
I used Tuff Duck for the first time today. I was both surprised and extremely happy with the results. First the surprised. We had a kitchen remodel about five years ago. We made the decision to have concrete counters installed. After the installation the workers "sealed " the counters with a concrete sealer. They stated "this is all you need to do' besides cleaning them, and they will look great. I also noticed they hardly used any sealer. They would put a little on the corner of the rag and rub it on a very large area of counter top. For all I know, it could have been water in that can, because the counter was dull and didn't appear to be any different then before. A year or so later we did try another product (maybe the same as what they used) and used more product. It was a bit better when we got finished, but still looked dull and lackluster. So we started a search for the "right" product. I chose Tuff Duck after reading the hype on Amazon. When I received the product and read the directions, I thought it was going to be a huge job to do this. The hardest part was finding a temporary spot for everything on the counter. This is where the suprise kicks in.The aplication was really quick and simple. We used a small paint roller to apply the Tuff Duck and a microfiber pad.to wipe the excess off. I did dunk the pad into the tray of product and wring it out first, before using. I repeated the process an hour later rolling and wipeing the other direction. The difference is gargantuan. Our counters have a smooth touch and a very high luster. They now look like I thought they should when the were new. I can't imagine them looking any better, and thats the happy part. If the product holds that luster for a reasonable time I wouldn't be able to ask for more. Did I mention the reasonable price on this product? Is very reasonable . I only used half a bottle on our counters and L shaped island.
